Mt. Lebanon Non-Discrimination Ordinance

History
The Mt. Lebanon Township Board of Commissioners unanimously voted to adopt their non-discrimination ordinance on November 14, 2017. Mt. Lebanon had already been subject to an LGBT-inclusive non-discrimination ordinance for eight years as a municipality in Allegheny County. This ordinance re-affirms the township’s commitment to LGBTQ equality.
