History
Hatboro Borough Council adopted their non-discrimination ordinance on May 21, 2018 in a 4-3 vote. The ordinance was first passed by Borough Council on November 22, 2010, but was vetoed by then-Mayor Norman Hawkes on December 6, 2010. The Borough Council failed to override his veto on December 8, 2010, which included Nancy Guenst. On May 21, 2018, now-Mayor Guenst signed the ordinance into law.
